Juvenile Charged With Marijuana Possession: Johnston Police Blotter

Two juveniles landed in hot water on April 2 with the Johnston Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to check out suspicious activity in the area of Merle Hay Road and Sutton Place.
Upon arrival officers stopped a vehicle, which resulted in several charges.

A juvenile passenger was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The juvenile driver was cited for no proof of insurance and violation of the constraints of a restricted license.

A 24-year-old man reported his silver mountain bike was stolen from behind the Hy-Vee Store.
Officers responded to a report of civil dispute between three females in the 6100 block of Chapel Ridge Way.
Officers took a report of harassing text messages a 20-year-old man received. Officers determined the messages were part of a nationwide prο»Ώο»Ώο»Ώο»Ώank.
