It's never too early to talk Iowa vs. Iowa State football is it?
According to KCCI.com, the Big 12 conference released start times today for four of the University of Iowa's games, including the in-state rival matchup against the Iowa Hawkeyes.
This year's Iowa-Iowa State game will kick off at Jack Trice Stadium at 5 p.m. on Sept. 14, the TV station reports.
The Cyclones will also host Texas at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 3, and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN.
Iowa State will play the University of Northern Iowa at 7 p.m. in the season opener on Aug. 31 and play at Tulsa at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 26, according to the conference.
The games against the Hawkeyes and Golden Hurricanes will be on Fox Sports 1, a new channel launching in August, KCCI says.
