Kissing Dog Leads to Bite on Nose: Johnston Police Blotter

Nov. 21
Danielle Greig, 18, was cited for celling tobacco to an underage person.
Nov. 23
Officers responded to a report that someone backed into a parked car and left the scene in the 5300 block of 86th Street.
Officers took a report of a dog bite in the 5900 block of Sapphire Circle. A family member was visiting and went to "kiss'" the dog and the dog bit her on the nose.
A 91-year-old woman reported being scammed by a person claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House telling her she had won money.
