Aug. 8
A business at 6250 N.W. Beaver Drive reported a trailer was stolen from the parking lot. The trailer was later located in Jasper County and recovered.

Employees at the Casey's General Store at Northwest 70th Avenue and Northglenn Drive reported a gas drive off.
Zurich Deshawn Oden, 27, 19210 Braile St., Detroit, MI, was charged in the 6900 block of Northwest Beaver Drive with soliciting without a permit when he allegedly went door to door selling magazines.

Aug. 11
Mathew Gene Smith, 23, of 3800 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Apt. 22, Des Moines, was charged with public intoxication in the 8100 block of Northwest Beaver Drive.
A window in one of the main doors of Beaver Creek Elementary School, 8701 Lyndhurst Drive, was reported broken. Damage was estimated at between $500 and $1,000.
