What: Skateboard Xtreme Competition
When/Where: 11 a.m. Saturday at Urbandale Skate Park in Walker Johnston Park, 9000 Douglas Ave.
Why: All ages are welcome to participate for prizes with their own age level. The event is sponsored by Urbandale Parks & Recreation, and the cities of Clive, West Des Moines and Subsect Skate Shop.
