Man Arrested for Non-Compliance of Sex Offender Registration: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Oct. 30. Take a look at the reports.

Oct. 30
A 56-year-old man reported that someone had gone through their vehicle in the 5700 block of Wentworth. Nothing was reported stolen.

A 57-year-old man reported the theft of an iPad and power cord in the 6000 block of Glenn Circle.

David May, 58, was arrested in the 6300 block of Northwest 97th Street after officers received a report of a suspicious male going door to door trick-or-treating by himself. Officers located May and he was arrested for failure to comply with registration as a sex offender.
