Man Charged with OWI - Second Offense: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Aug. 15. Take a look at the reports.

Aug. 15
Benjamin Seiberling, 24, was arrested for operating while intoxicated - second offense, driving while suspended and improper registration lamp after a traffic stop at 5225 Northwest 86th Street.

A 50-year-old man reported tow dolly was stolen from an open field in the 5600 block of Northwest Beaver Drive. The loss is estimated at $1,200.

Youth Homes of Mid America reported a runaway in the 7000 block of Northwest Beaver Drive.
