July 27

Destini Jean Harrison, 21, of 6100 Chapel Ridge Way, Johnston, was charged with domestic abuse.

July 29

Police were called to the 5200 block of Northwest 57th Avenue about an argument between a husband and wife.

July 30

Elias Hernandez, 22, of 1545 18th St., Des Moines, was charged with having no drivers license and no insurance.

Jacob Daniel Bates, 18, of 220 S. Washington Ave., Lacona, was cited for speeding and having no insurance.

Aug. 1

Employees at the Kum & Go, 5225 N.W. 86th St., reported that $36.47 worth of gasoline was stolen.
