Nathaniel Kent, 18, was charged with operating while intoxicated - first offense an possession of alcohol by a person under the legal age after a traffic tsp in the area of NW 70th Avenue and NW 86th Street.
Officers took a report that a 13-year-old male stole an iPod from a friend's home. The iPod was later located in a locker at the school the suspect attends.
