Johnston Board to Discuss Rezoning Plats
The Johnston Planning and Zoning Commission has a full schedule tonight.
The Johnston Planning and Zoning Commission meets this evening to discuss a Trail Ridge Wood Plat 3 and Northwood Estates Plat 3 rezoning.
Trail Ridge Wood Plat 3: Suzanne Summy wishes to subdivide an 8.31-acre parcel into two lots. The area is currently zoned single family residential and is located near a private drive extending north and east of Coburn Lane.
Northwood Estates Plat 3 Rezoning: D&E Properties, LLC requested a rezoning of 1.118 acres from medium density residential to single family residential. The property is located near the southeast corner of the Valley Parkway and Peckham Street intersection.
