Dog Days & Cat Naps, 5665 Northwest Beaver Drive, requested a man be trespassed from the property.
A 33-year-old woman reported someone had used her personal information to have an item ordered from Amazon.com.
Officers took a report of a family dispute in regards to two adult women.
