Shock City Verizon Wireless Reports $1,143 Theft: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls July 24 and July 25. Take a look at the reports.

July 25
A 19-year-old woman reported someone had caused damage to her bumper while she was parked in a parking lot at Kum & Go at 5225 N.W. 86th St.

Employees of Shock City Verizon Wireless, 5441 N.W. 86th St., reported the theft of phones and SIM cards, valued at $1,143.50. The store believes the suspect is a former employee.

Officers took a report of a domestic dispute about visitation of a child.

July 24
A 46-year-old man reported receiving harassing text messages from an ex-girlfriend.
