Siding Damaged by Paintballs: Johnston Police Blotter

The Johnston Police Department investigated a number of calls Nov. 18 to Nov. 19. Take a look at the reports.

Dates below are when the incident was reported or occurred, not when an arrest or charges were filed. Charges do not always result in convictions. All individuals listed below are innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 18
A 44-year-old woman reported damage to the siding of her residence caused by paint balls, paint splatter on front and holes in the siding. Also, a newspaper box on the mailbox post was broken off.

Miguel Gonzalez, 18, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and no drivers license.

Nov. 19
A Johnston High School staff member reported a laptop stolen. A student admitted stealing the laptop, which was recovered, however the laptop had been damaged.
