Stars Make Stops in Urbandale, Waterloo, Ames to Campaign for Obama
Actors Ashley Judd and Ben McKenzie will be in Iowa Friday to campaign for President Barack Obama. That includes a visit with volunteers this evening at Living History Farms, where the president will speak on Saturday.
President Barack Obama won't be the only star power in Iowa this week.
The Des Moines Register reported that actors Ashley Judd and Ben McKenzie will stop in five cities to campaign on behalf of Obama today.
The actors will travel on the 'Heartland Tour 2012: Moving the Middle Class Forward" RV and making stops in Ames, Mason City, Waterloo, Marshalltown and Urbandale.

Judd was an actress most productive and well known in the 1990s, with such movies as "Double Jeopardy," "Heat," and "Kiss the Girls."
McKenzie, in contrast, is a more known for his work in the oughts, with a long running role on "the O.C." television series.

As for the president, known for his role as the leader of the free world, he will be in Sioux City and other locations Saturday as part of a return visit to Iowa.
