The all-male Iowa Supreme Court said in an opinion issued Friday that a Webster County dentist did not discriminate against a former dental assistant whom he fired because she was so attractive he feared he might have an affair with her.
The court said that she was fired because of her consensual relationship with her employer, and not because of her gender.
