What's Happening In Johnston Tuesday? Tie Blankets for a Good Cause

Basketball
The Johnston boys' basketball teams take on Ottumwa tonight at . The ninth-grade team plays at 4:45 p.m., the 10th-grade team plays at 6:15 p.m. and the varsity plays at 7:45 p.m.

Storytime
The hosts Storytime for children 3 to 6 years old at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Senior Center
The Johnston Senior Center at will host a visiting nurse for blood pressure checks this morning. The center also has Peaceful Yoga at 10 a.m. and Adaptive Senior Yoga at 11:05 a.m. Stick around for Wii Bowling.

L.I.F.T. Ladies Group
The L.I.F.T. Ladies Group meets at the 's Ministry Center at 6:45 p.m. to make tie blankets. The blankets are donated to an area facility in February. Crafters will need two pieces of fleece material, two yards each. For more information contact Sara Costello at costellosb@gmail.com.
