On Monday, school district staff said the board could see a recommendation for a vendor at the June 25 board meeting.
Superintendent Clay Guthmiller said district staff had put a lot of time into researching vendors by attending webinars and presentations.

"We believe we have landed with β¦ CI3, a local company," Guthmiller told the board. "This bid would include two cameras and software."
Guthmiller said the proposal came at a cost of $9,975. to videotape meetings, but not spend more than $10,000 to do so. The videos would beΒ posted on a website for district residents to watch.

"We spent time with this company and have been to a couple of presentations they made," he said of district staff. "We have been able to demo the software. There are a lot of other issues the software could potentially be applicable to the district."
The district would likely be responsible for storing and hosting the server.
Guthmiller said the cost estimate was higher but the company was willing to work with the district's limit of $10,000.
Guthmiller said there was still a few things to be worked out, so a recommendation could change before the June 25 meeting.
