The Friends of Johnston ELP Program meets for a regular meeting at 7 p.m. in the Johnston Middle School Library.

Dig Pink/Spike Blue
The fifth annual Dig Pink/Spike Blue event aims to raise awareness and funds for breast and colon cancer awareness. The Johnston Dragons take on Dowling Catholic starting with a junior varsity match at 6 p.m. and varsity at 7 p.m. at the Johnston High School.

Storytime
The Johnston Public Library hosts storytime for children ages three to six years of age at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
