May 4
A 71-year-old man was charged with operating while intoxicated and cited for striking a fixture when he this a median sign in the area of Northwest 86th Street and Windsor Drive.
May 11
Officers charged a girl with public intoxication and providing alcohol to minors at Johnston Middle School. At the same time, three other girls were charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
May 12
A 16-year-old boy was charged with possession of schedule 1 drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 5000 block of Johnston Drive. A 15-year-old passenger was charged with consumption of alcohol.
May 15
A 40-year-old man was charged with operating while intoxicated- second offense at 10010 Northwest 62nd Avenue.
May 17
A 19-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication and cited for unlawful use of a license in the area of Northwest 86th Street and Long Meadow Drive.
May 20
Deanna Butterfield, 64, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an injury accident, failure to stop in a safe assured distance and no insurance. Butterfield allegedly ran into the back of a vehicle that had four occupants in the area of 78th Avenue and Northwest Beaver Drive. The occupants refused to be transported to the hospital via ambulance but made arrangements to go to the hospital on their own.
May 24
Jessica Hallinan, 30, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and cited for open container and improper registration lamp. Hallinan was stopped in the area of Northwest 100th Street and Northwest 70th Avenue.
May 25
A male juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and tobacco in the 6300 block of Northwest Beaver Drive.
Javier Pagannazario, 31, was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the area of Meredith Drive and Merle Hay Road.
May 28
Lindsey Cohen, 22, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 6200 block of Merle Hay Drive.
Robert Boudreau, 48, was charged with shoplifting approximately $65 worth of items from the Johnston Hy-Vee. He was also charged with drug possession.

May 31
Hallie Day, 27, was charged with operating while intoxicated in the area of Northwest 86th Street and Wooded Point Drive. Day was also cited for failure to use headlights.
