Who Was Charged with OWI by Johnston Police in the Past Week?
A roundup of operating a vehicle while intoxicated charges extracted from recent police blotters provided by the Johnston Police Department.
The Johnston Police Department reported two operating while intoxicated incidents over the last week.

April 8
Emmett Battle, 44, was charged with operating while intoxicated in the area of Merle Hay Road and Winwood Drive.
Garry Smith, 63, was charged with operating while intoxicated in the 9000 block of Nothwest 62nd Avenue. Smith was also cited for speeding.
