Woman Used Car as Weapon in Domestic Assault Case: Johnston Police Department

A 21-year-old woman allegedly turned her car into a weapon on April 4.
Officers responded to a call in the 4800 block of Northwest 62nd Avenue at around 7 p.m.
Upon arrival a 22-year-old man told officers he had been standing in front of Holly Morris's vehicle. The victim said Morris then ran into him and he went up onto the hood and rolled off.

Morris was charged with domestic assault with a weapon - her car.

April 5
A 12-year-old girl was charged with attempted assault on an officer after officers responded to her home in the 5500 block of Kensington Circle. The juvenile's parent had requested police assistance with their child.
