• Luana City Council Minutes from October 1st Meeting (kctn.com) — Luana’s City Council has officially extended the maturity date on its $514,000 sewer project loan from 2026 to October 20, 2029, while keeping the interest rate at 0%. Council members also reserved the right to prepay the note early and authorized the mayor and city clerk to sign any documents needed to finalize the agreement.
