IMA® (the Institute of Management Accountants) has announced that Mr. Luke Lammer, CMA, CPA, CIA, of Marion, IA, has received a Young Professional of the Year Award. The award recognizes rising accounting and finance professionals who have displayed creative approaches to problem solving, demonstrated leadership, and made contributions to the management accounting profession.
Mr. Lammer is an assistant professor of accounting at Loras College, where he counsels students in the advantages of the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification. He is a member of IMA’s Dubuque Tri-State Chapter, where he holds the position of treasurer.
