You've Accumulated a Lot of Stuff, How Do You Decide What to Toss Out?

Lots of sellers have trouble deciding what to keep, what to give away, and what to toss. We pay good money for our items so it’s tough to say goodbye to them.  However, in all honesty if you haven’t worn the item or touched it in a year chances are you really won’t miss it at all.

I advise clients to start sorting with three totes. Have one for items you will keep, one for those you will give away (family, friends, Goodwill, etc.) and one for items that need to simply be tossed.
