Is now a good time to put a house on the market?
Lately, I've had a lot of clients ask if now's a good time to put a house on the market. Yes, the world is a caught up in the holidays, and yes, spring is the prime time for real estate.
That said it really depends upon your needs. If you need or want to sell sooner rather than later there are advantages to listing in the winter. The big one being less competition.
Inventory is down and yes buyers are out there. Many are wanting to buy soon.
