Pending Home Sales Are Up Locally - Keeping it Real (Estate) with Deanna

Good news for sellers! February pending numbers were up 13.5 percent over the same month last year.  This means buyers are out there buying again. The average sale price of a resale listing in February was $142,000 up $19,000 from last February, according to local sales data.
