After a successful run as part of the Marion Farmers Market, Marion City Council members are moving indoors and hosting their weekly office hours at Marion Hy-Vee through the end of 2021.

“Communication and community outreach are important,” said Mayor Nick AbouAssaly. “We want to meet people where they are already gathering and be accessible to all residents to receive their input, answer their questions and help them solve issues.”
Beginning this Saturday, Oct. 16, one or more council members will be available to interact with residents between 9-11 a.m. on Saturdays near the dining area at Marion Hy-Vee, 3600 Business Highway 151.
