Head east from Cedar Rapids on Highway 151 and just after passing through Marion, you’ll find Culver’s Garden Center, a winter escape. It is all part of Culver’s annual Holiday Open House, a kick off to winter and inspiration for this year’s gift giving, decorating, and entertaining.
