Members of the community are invited to participate in a free workshop for families struggling with Alzheimer’s disease.
The Alzheimer’s or Other Dementias CARE (Changing Aging through Research and Education) Training Program, developed by top experts in North America and Home Instead Senior Care, offers a personal approach to help families care for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease at home.
“Until there is a cure, we offer an interim solution,” said Karen Huber, owner of the Home Instead Senior Care office serving Cedar Rapids and Linn County.
