Marion Man Charged With Child Endangerment and Other Arrests

The Marion Police Department made the following arrests between Dec. 19 and Dec. 22, according to their records.

Chaz Jeremy Henson, 53, of 2335-3 5^th Ave. was charged with child endangerment, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and a disorderly house on Dec. 22 at 7:25 p.m., at 2345-4 5^th Avenue. 

Andre Eugene Davis, 28, of 4861-1 Tama St. was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a disorderly house on Dec. 19 at 6:29 p.m. at his home address.

Alex Lee Sierra, 19, of 2925-14 Johnson Ave., Cedar Rapids, was charged with burglary in the 1^st degree and robbery in the 1^st degree on Dec. 19 at 5:45 p.m., at 4861-1 Tama St.

Shahene Aaron Mohseni, 24, of 2130 24^th St. was charged with driving with a revoked license at 6:35 p.m. on Dec. 19, at the 2300^th block of 7^th Avenue.

An Janett Williams, 42, of 14-1 Chapelridge Circle was charged with theft at 5:18 on Dec. 20, at 5491 Highway 151.

A 16-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief in the 5^th degree on Dec. 21 at 10:30 p.m., at 675 S. 15^th Street.

Marion Patch does not typically report the names of juvenile offenders.

Robert Lee Gregory, 35, of 515-22 Bentley Dr. was arrested on a warrant and charged with public intoxication on Dec. 21 at 3:16 p.m., at the 600^th Block of Boyson Road.

Debra Kay Harger, 54, of 56 Birch Dr. was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dec. 21, at 6:01 p.m., at the intersection of 35^th St. and 4^th Avenue.
