Marion Police Charge a 13-Year-Old and 11-Year-Old Charged for 2nd-Degree Sex Abuse

Marion Police charged two young boys - a 13-year-old and an 11-year-old - with second-degree sex abuse last month.

The charges stem from an incident on Dec. 7 at about 5 p.m. at 2765 16th Ave.

Christian Janee Robinson, 21, of 2660 McGowan Blvd. was arrested for driving with a suspended license on Dec. 8 at 12:27 a.m. on the 2000^th block of 10^th Street.

Zachary Lee Ginger, 20, of 103 4^th Ave. W., in Spencer, IA, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a disorderly house at 1:31 a.m. on Dec. 8, at 90 Twixt Town Road.

Kevin John Anderson, 23, of 205 E. 3^rd St., in Everly, IA, was also arrested for a disorderly house at 1:31 on Dec. 8, at 90 Twixt Town Road.

Deanjelo Devone Louis Dean, 20, of 2095-8 5^th Ave. was arrested for simple domestic assault on Dec. 8 at 2:16 a.m., at his home address.
