Quilt Walk Coming to Uptown Marion

Uptown Marion, in partnership with more than 30 Uptown Marion businesses, is pleased to announce a new retail event coming August 17th, 2013. The Marion Quilt Walk is a day featuring dozens of handcrafted quilts on display in businesses located throughout the Uptown Marion District. The event is free and open to the public and runs from 9am to 4pm.

Quilt Walk organizers are also requesting unique quilts to be featured as part of the event. A judge’s choice award will be selected amongst all entries. Individuals interested in submitting a quilt should contact:
