2. Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department seeking volunteers for Halloween at Kent Stein Park event (wqad.com) — Muscatine families can look forward to the Parks and Recreation Department's annual Halloween celebration at Kent Stein Park from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24. Kids can trick-or-treat along Oneida Avenue, while organizers are actively seeking volunteers to decorate vehicles, hand out candy, and help manage parking at the nearby Muscatine Soccer Complex.
