More Than 40 People Attend Ribbon-Cutting Event at Curves of Urbandale
R.J. and Heather Besch clutched giant blue scissors and cut the ribbon in a symbolic gesture of ownership.
The new owners of stood smiling amid beaming patrons, staff, family, friends and several members of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.
“We are glad you are here in Urbandale,” said Mayor Bob Andeweg.

Chamber members welcomed the couple and offered to help them grow their business. About 40 people attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony at Curves, which is located at 4537 NW 86th St., and is a gym for women.
