Disorderly Conduct, Theft and Alcohol Arrests: Urbandale Police Blotter

The Urbandale arrests below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Sept. 4

Gloria Elena Onate, 29, of Urbandale, was charged with possession of a schedule I narcotic (hashish).

Sept. 5

Macey Michelle Carlosn, 27, Des Moines, was charged with simple assault.

Sarah Katelynn Collins, 18, Des Moines, was charged with giving false information to a police officer.

Benjamin Kaufman, 54, West Des Moines, was charged with OWI.

Sept. 6

Augusta Maelane Marshall, 29, Des Moines, was charged with fourth-degree theft for shoplifting and trespassing.

William Francis Richardson, 23, Urbandale, was charged with domestic assault causing injury.

Sept. 7

Rick T. Sullivan, 23, Urbandale, was charged with disorderly conduct.

James Michael Wright, 45, Silvis, IL, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Thomas Joseph Wright, 44, Silvis, IL, was charged with disorderly conduct.

William Dion Yelvington, 35, address unknown, was charged with fourth-degree theft for shoplifting and arrested on a warrant.

Sept. 8

Richard Stephen Carter, 41, West Des Moines, was charged with OWI.

Alan Michael John, 23, Des Moines, was charged with second-offense OWI.

Christian Davila Velasco, 28, West Des Moines, was charged with driving a vehicle while barred.
