Drug Charges Fill Urbandale Police Blotter for Oct. 4

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Sept. 24

Daniel Brown, 24, of Des Moines, was arrested on outstanding warrants, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

Kiefer Robert Schuttpelz, 21, of Urbandale, was charged with OWI.

Sept. 25

Kitty Karol Pappas, 67, of Urbandale, was charged with giving false information to an officer.

Richard Lee Thornburg, 35, Pella, was charged with fourth-degree theft.

Sept. 26

Candice Gaberiel McBride, 21, of Urbandale, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Sept. 27

Randall Alan Barrett, 30, of Des Moines, was charged with aggravated assault, OWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
