Drug, Theft Charges Fill Urbandale Police Blotter

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Nov. 1

Sara Nicole Quinn, 27, Des Moines, was charged with third-offense OWI.

Nov. 2

Nicholas Thomas Canney, 22, of Grimes, was charged with fifth-degree theft for shoplifting.

Paula Ranae Meyer, 42, of Des Moines, was charged with third-degree burglary.

Nov. 3

Tammy Kay Koester, 42, of Urbandale, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, delivery of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
