Morning Fitness Class

Morning Fitness Class: August 28, 2012

9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Urbandale Senior Center, 45-minutes of high-energy fun, focusing on functional fitness. Classes may include stretching, strengthening and toning, and aerobic exercise to keep the heart healthy, and to increase muscular strength and range of motion. Weights, resistance tubes and bands are provided for additional fitness benefit. All fitness levels are welcome. Please consult with the instructor, prior to class, if you have special health considerations or needs.
