
We will be having our National Night Out Crime Prevention event at the Urbandale Police Department on Tuesday August 7th from 5 to 7pm. The last two years we have won National Awards for our event. In 2011 we had a little over 1,200 people attend out event which was a huge success. We are planning for an even bigger and better event this year. Our event includes the following groups, organizations or activities at the event itself:
Bike rodeo with 300 bike helmets given out to kids by Ben Buenzow State Farm Agency as part of the bike rodeo with Urbandale Police bike patrol officers
