Care Improvement Plus invites Urbandale-area seniors and caregivers to New Year, New You. Hosted by the Polk County Urbandale Senior Center and Care Improvement Plus, this event offers individuals an opportunity to take part in informative discussions and valuable workshops focused around staying healthy in 2012. Attendees will hear nutrition experts address some of the challenges facing the aging population including diabetes and staying committed to a healthier you in the New Year. Lunch will be provided.
