Care Improvement Plus invites Urbandale-area seniors to Speaker Series. Hosted by the Urbandale Senior Center and Care Improvement Plus, this event offers seniors an opportunity to take part in informative discussions about the nutrition challenges facing the aging population. Attendees will learn valuable information on how to stay committed to a healthier you this year. Seniors will also learn about the benefits of special needs plans. A light lunch will be provided.
