UPDATE: Get Tickets Saturday Morning at Clive Aquatic Center to See President Obama

Due to overwhelming demand, the Obama campaign has expanded ticket distribution into Saturday for President Obama’s appearance that day in Urbandale, according to a news release.

Starting at 7 a.m. Saturday, tickets will be distributed until 11:30 a.m. at the Clive Aquatic Center, 1801 N.W. 114th St.

Tickets are also still available Friday until 9 p.m. at Obama for America Iowa Field offices.

The president will appear at  in Urbandale. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.; the president is expected at the site about 1:30 p.m.

The campaign is billing the visit as a "grassroots event" that will also feature performances by The National and Chris Cornell.

The , when he told 6,000 Iowa State University students and supporters that they would be responsible for choosing the country's future.
