OWI and Theft Charges Fill Urbandale Police Blotter

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Oct. 5

Kerri Ann Heikiens, 45, of Polk City, was charged with OWI and improper use of a curb, median or access facility.

Kevin Lee Hill, 55, of Des Moines, was charged with second-offense OWI.

Scott Allen Thelke, 35, of Alden, was charged with aggravated theft.

Oct. 6

Jason Michael Mitchell, 36, of Des Moines, was charged with second-degree theft.

Johnathan Donald Moore, 29, of Urbandale, was charged with OWI.

Oct. 7

Kip Lee Parkhill, 20, of Urbandale, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule I narcotic believed to be hashish.
