OWI and Theft Charges Fill Urbandale Police Blotter

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Oct. 8

Stephen Ray Paschal, 61, of Urbandale, was charged with OWI.

Oct. 9

Christopher H. Pedersen, 36, of Urbandale, was charged with child endangerment with injury.

Cindy Lou Romine, 58, of Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft for shoplifting.

Oct. 10

Risuan Martez Duncan, 22, of Des Moines, was charged with forgery.

Heather Ashley Harvey, 25, of Des Moines, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Jeromy Arthur Keylon, 41, of West Des Moines, was charged with third-degree harassment.
