Sample Urbandale Business Showcase, Networking Event is Thursday

Sample Urbandale, which showcases restaurants and other Urbandale businesses,w ill be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hilton Inn, 8600 Northpark Drive.

Sponsored by the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, it's a chance to connect with the business community over a glass (or two) of wine, soda, beer, amazing food from a dozen different restaurants, and live music.  

You can enjoy all of this while browsing through 80 silent auction baskets. Sample Urbandale is in its 10th year.

Attendees in the past have used this event to thank employees, clients or even used it as a date night with their spouse. 

Tickets are on sale now for $25 or are $35 at the door.
