Squirrel Hunter Faces Charges: Urbandale Police Blotter

OWI and assault charges are also in today's Urbandale Police Department blotter.

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Oct. 19

John Samuel Erickson, 26, of Urbandale, was charged with discharging a firearm -- a pellet gun --Squ in the city limints for allegedly hunting squirrels in his yard.

Warren Lee Graham, 53, of Waukee, was charged with improper use of lanes.

Shayne Michael Miller, 34, of Des Moines, was charged with second-offense OWI.

Oct. 22

John Rutherford England, 68, of Urbandale, was charged with second-degree harassment.

Michael Lynn Rodemeyer, 34, of West Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft for shoplifting.

Oct. 23

Michael James Jasso, 31, of Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft for shoplifting.

Stephen Michael Pickett, 29, of Urbandale, was charged with domestic assault.

Oct. 24

John Phillip Baker, 35, of Ankeny, was charged with aggravated assault.
