Theft Charges Fill Urbandale Police Blotter

The Urbandale police reports below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions. 

Sept. 13

Jennifer Lea Frisch, 36, of Clive, was charged with fourth-degree theft for shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Deondre Jerome Handley, 21, of Des Moines, was charged with third-degree theft.

Sept. 14

Katherine Lousie Wild, 52, of Urbandale, was charged with fifth-degree theft for shoplifting.

Sept. 16

Christina Ashely Anderson, 25, of Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft for shoplifting.

Brandin Michael Bales, 26, of Des Moines, was charged with domestic abuse.

Fernando Soto-Gonzalez, 33, of Urbandale, was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Sept. 17

Donald Harold Wentzel, 50, of Des Moines, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants.

Sept. 19

Carter Chase Shireman, 21, of Clive, was charged with third-degree theft.
