The Urbandale arrests below are preliminary criminal charges. They do not represent convictions or court resolutions.  Sept. 10 Dale Koester, 69, of Urbnadale was arrested for fifth degree theft. Sept. 11 Joshua Wiley, 36, of Des Moines, was arrested for child endangerment. Joshua Laffoon, 23, of Urbnadale was arrested for driving while barred. Amanda Reed, 22, of Des Moines was arrested for driving while barred.
