Urbandale Memorial to Fallen Firefighters

A four-foot, 700-pound piece of steel from the World Trade Center was dedicated during a moving memorial ceremony at the western Urbandale fire station Sunday.

Clive and Windsor Heights fire departments joined in the dedication ceremony at Urbandale's to honor fallen firefighters on September 11, 2001. The MacKenzie Highlanders provided the music.
