Providing high-quality instruction is essential for learning which is why Urbandale Community School District is increasing the daily teacher substitute pay rate from $135 to $165. Once substitute teachers have subbed 50 days within a school year, they’ll receive a loyalty bonus which will increase their daily substitute rate to $185.
